Hi blackhat 777, thanks for your reply. I could pay - $15 platinum, $10 - gold, $5 silver per rating. The prices are for rating only and not for creating accounts. I think the prices are good just for rating however they are very low if you had to create totally new accounts. PM me your skype or email if you are still interested. Thanks.
