WTB Mass Email Sender-Reliable Warmed Up Server

I have a small, hyper-focused scraped email list for my niche ~8k. Looking for someone to send the email blast with a split test- half & half with 2 subject lines.
Only sending one email right now for testing. Must clean my list first, & have reliable warmed up servers.

I'm open to you scraping more emails, but must be relevant to my niche.

*I don't do telegram, whatsapp, skype. Holler at me on here
