came across this dropped domain in my country and it has a medium competition in TrafficTravis i would like to take a risk on it, so if you are an SEO provider and you can as well do local search SEO, hit me up or point me to your thread...

His requirements don't meet my site needs...
its actually going to be a one page site with an aged dropped domain

I'm doing this now actually for one of my local projects in sacramento for a friend.

First step would be to get an address and get it verified, search for providers after that is done. It will probably take you about 3 weeks.
