You should only aim to use korean proxies if you're willing to build links from korean list in GSA SER,
If your money site(s) are korean and you plan to use foreign (English for example) list then you can use any regural proxies without a problem,
Korean proxies are not a must neither for korean websites,
It's much less common to have korean websites blocking US IPs for example, probably a minority of them

@Steptoe is correct, your main focus will be needing to know if the platforms are blocking IPs from other countries.
If you have scrapebox, you can scrape public proxies to use on GSA. Though, the quality is very hit or miss.

sadly the days of public proxies being a hit have long gone - u can
get use from them , but its now minimal
