Does anyone have brand new working laptops and i pods?
I have a penny auction affiliate link, wanna try that? lol
Really though.. unless you are going big time don't waste your time, electronics is the most difficult category to get into when it comes to tv's, laptops, etc.. Most likely you will end up losing money.
Not true, with certain items the markup is immense, on a website I use, they sell authentic brand new toshiba laptops for under 350 euro, which can be sold online for a great markup, mainly on ebay or the likes for roughly 450-550 euro, I'm talking about a bog standard i3 processor, 500gb hard drive and 4gb ram, these specs will interest and average user and especially for under 500 euro. When you sell 10 of these a month that could easily supplement your wage packet.
My comments were about the market in the States, if he is in Europe it could be a different story but I know the liquidation business over here quite well. Laptops are super cheap here and liquidation/wholesale prices are high, last time I was in Europe my buddies wanted me to ship them electronics to sell on Ebay because they are so expensive over there.
I still question, if you pay $350 Euro then sell it for $450 how much is really left after ebay fees and shipping? Have you ever tried this or is this just an in theory type reply?
Potentially a great $$$ maker for you there.
Its a theory, ebay is a more well regarded than the sites I'd use which involve no fee's.
I've done the electronics biz for years now and learned that stuff rarely works out. Could be a huge moneymaker shipping stuff to Europe but I am too busy so it isn't worth the effort for me to try right now. Normally when I purchase electronics I buy no less than half a mil USD worth at a time, of course that is the retail value not what I am paying but I'm not paying pocket change either. I have tried every way out there I can think of and there are only a few option that I find to be worth my time.
Half a mil? Wow, I'm small time in comparison to you!
