WTB HTML to Wordpress (full implementation)

Hi i need a full website from HTML to wordpress


The theme is based on so you can see how the portfolio & blog work on there: "Sarte" from theme mountain framework; style Barbershop one

The website pages to be converted and fully functional:

- Homepage (inc sliders for latest portfolio items)
- About
- Portfolio (masonry + single portfolio page)
- Blog (masonry + filter + single blog page & comments)
- Services (here you need to be able to add single pages also, if the clients opts to add more services)
- Contact


Requirements:

- The wordpress version must be an EXACT match style wise to the HTML version.
- All pages editable in wordpress
- Home page "latest portfolio" must be automatically updated with new portfolio updates
- Portfolio must work fully (masonry portfolio including all functions) including single portfolio page
- Blog must work fully (3 column masonry blog including all functions) including single post page


Deadline 7 days maximum

I'd be wary of dealing with this user, he's got my €100 and doesn't seem inclined to answer on skype. Really bad experience.
