You will struggle to find these. I think you'll be better off using rotating residential proxies with sticky sessions

Maybe you should consider the usage of mobile proxies, you could have someone host locally for you, or find some company for it. Regardless, it would be cheaper than paying per gb. And you could potentially get unlimited gb depending on how their data plans work overthere. This way you can get unlimited ips, and have a strong ip to use. Hope this helps in some way.

Mobile too is expensive compared to isp. isp ranges from 1-4$ but mobilei hv seen some as low as $10. Isp is the most cost effective solution for me
