As the title says I need a fiverr level 2 account, with 95%+ positive rating or just a 3-4 months old account.
Also I'll need the access to the paypal ID as well, if you link the same PP account with another fiverr account they will shut both the accounts, so I want to be safe.

When you post your gig it has not any positive reviews. So better specify fiverr account with which gigs on it ?
