I am in need of a good and skilled content writer

Below all the Reqs:

Optimized SEO Site Content (7,50$ Each article)

√ Content Of Around 500-600 words.

√ Keyword Density Around 3%

√ Content must contain keyword in the first 50-100 words

√ Content contains at least one image.

√ Content contains at least one bold keyword

√ Content contains at least one italicized keyword

√ Content contains at least one underlined keyword.

√ Content contains keyword in anchor text of at least one external link.

√ Content contains keyword in the last 50-100 words.

√ A title that contains and begins with the keyword

√ Heading 2 that contains keyword

√ Heading 3 that contains keyword

√ Some LSI Keywords included in the article

√ No more of 4 days for turnaround time.

√ Review Style article.

OP,

have you got all those instructions from easy wp seo? or clickbump seo? that is why penguins is around. my 2 cent is that, be random as much as possible.

Let me be a bit clear. 3% keyword density will make u cry.

Seriously? Do you have a case study where you can't rank pages with 3% kw density? I've ranked 1# for hard terms with 3% kw density an Easy WP SEO + more on page factors stuff.

No I do not have any case study. But I do think google has one and it is called penguin.
