WTB Email Verifier

I want to check a old email list (approximately 1M) whether they are working or not. Most of the tools and services check mailbox existence . But in my case there are fresh email accounts which does not have mailbox. but its sill valid email . Any service suggestions?

I have wrote a custom Python script to do that job for me, i can sell it or do the validation for you, interested ?
