[WTB] eBay Partner Network Accounts

Hi

I'm basically looking to buy bulk ebay partner network accounts with the following features:

1. Account is setup and already accepted in ebay network (not pending activation)
2. The account does not need a SSN attached to it to get paid (i.e, ebay is not withholding funds because user did not enter tax info)

Each account must be created from unique IP.

I am willing to buy such accounts in bulk - pls PM me or post details on thread.
