I WTB Ebay account without 21 day funds holding! I really don't know the price of this, but forget me if you ask a ridiculous high price !

An at least 90 day old account, with fully verified PP attached, with transaction history, in good standing and feedback.

What's your understanding of ridiculous ?
 
Lets say maximum 20 bucks.. I dont care how much old the account is, because the 21days funds holding depends on activity of the account as far as I know.
 
Tracphone, AVS-VCC and VBA. Over 20 bucks before the account is actually created.

I think you are fresh out of luck with 20 bucks.
 
20 bucks, lol? Better to save 10x of that sum at least. The year is 2015.

So let me get this straight...you want someone to spend $5 on a tracfone, $10 on a VCC, and $10 on a VBA, spend the time necessary to build up an account over 3 months, and sell you the account for $20, max?
