WTB: Clean Residential Proxies Germany

I'm looking for a provider for the following:

roughly 100 IPs / exitnodes in Germany
All residential, mobile or landline
Roughly 1 GB traffic / day (combined all nodes)

The most important caveat:

No bot activity on these IPs - basically looking to have these exclusively. IPs shouldn't be listed on tools like talos - they should be used by real humans though. Activity is good, just no bots. Hence, none of the mainstream providers like luminati etc are suitable for me.

I'm interested in:

A provider for that (ideal)
Any instructions on how to set that up myself and any tips/experiences that might be useful beyond the basics

My budget is rather flexible, so please feel free to suggest anything - PM me.

Yes, I'm aware of that subforum. This is not what I need, unfortunately.

The key point is that I get those proxies exclusively ... and I know this won't come cheap, no problem.

I don't think you will find services for your requirements.

Have you considered reaching to VPS providers to create your own servers? (in this case, you will have datacenter proxies)
