Static ISP proxies in Canada are harder to find than US-based ones and you'll typically pay a premium since most providers focus their residential infrastructure south of the border—expect $5-8/IP versus the $3-5 US pricing. Check out IPRoyal or Bright data

If you need static ISP in Canada, look for providers offering dedicated ISP proxies, not shared pools. Canada locations can be limited, so you may need to check a few providers. Mango Proxy has multiple countries, including Canada, so you can check if it fits your needs.
