You have not specified country for which you need paypal account.

Anyway, buying verified paypal account is never a good idea.

Once you get your account limited, PayPal asks for documents, how will you produce them?

Better idea is to make one verified account.

That's all I can afford that time since my I cannot withdraw my pending $13,000+ payment from CPA (which by the way I worked for just 6 days) because my paypal got limited. That's why I was buying a verified and aged paypal that has processed more than $5000+ transaction in a year so paypal won't be surprised and be suspicious about it.

I bet you cannot earn that even if you work for a year so don't be a troll and get a life.
