[WTB] Adsense expert

Due to imbalanced earnings in couple of my websites where I host adsense ads, I need somebody who knows well about google adsense and its new updates.

There was another thread about the same subject and there's no real solution for current adsense crisis . As I said in the other thread I've made good money with adsense in the past 5 years yet since December 2015 things went down hill. They use to shave small % of my earnings now they're taking more than 50%. Despite never using any black hat methods and getting traffic from social media (organic not paid) I still get my accounts banned.
Something is wrong with adsense soon they wont find any publishers to work for them if they keep banning accounts randomly like this.

I review his website and that site is not responsive if he do responsive his website then definitely he can start earning again ... resposiveness is major factor for his website ...
