[WTB] A Simple "Win an Apple Ipad" Banner

Hey, guys. I am lazy and have not seen any simple banners on any of my networks for the "Win an Ipad" email submits. I would rather just pay someone $2 for the banner instead of making it. If you have a banner at your network, just copy it and PM me with a link to the image. Or just slap something together that isn't embarrassing and I'll paypal you $2. If it's about the same size as my avatar but a little wider, that'd be acceptable. Or if you have one that is a longer one that is vertical and wider, I'll take that one. Thanks.
