I am from Canada too. I don't think that you can verify your paypal account with a vcc. You need VBA to verify US and CA accounts. Sorry if I am wrong

I am from Portugal, here we can generate vcc's from our cards, its almost ilimited.

BUT, i will not accept everything. PM what you need to do.

and i think you just need vcc cuz i have one activated right now i got a card from the gas station

I can provide an unlimited amount of cards, the only limit is $10,000 but obviously i don't want to do a large amount. You can obviously use any details as the card holder and you can use them anywhere.
