I have 5 different credit cards. Can we have a payment alternative from PayPal?

Created Account as his request by verify my phone number & credit card.
I showed him all via skype screens share and everything seems to be fine.
But, OP Forgot to say that the payment isnt for the account create, He only pay when you sumbit a ticket to amazon AWS requesting higher limits, and if they decline the limit request, no 20$ and no nothing.
I wasted my time for nothing.
Oh, Thanks OP, you can at least answer on skype.
