Hi, my q is how to respond? I already done the job but the buyer open a dispute. it a services.

Your buyer has reported a problem with this transaction and we have opened an investigation into this transaction. Please respond to this claim.

How would you like to respond?

Issue the buyer a full refund.I can provide tracking information.Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

Well, if you can provide the proof then you should be ok...at least thats my experience.

I only can choose one of these-
1-Issue the buyer a full refund.
2-I can provide tracking information.
3-Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

cant write a note, attach or give any ss.

Same thing just happened to me right now, and when went to provide tracking , it also had a place to write comments, maybe it will have the same for you.

its a virtual product/services so there is no tracking code.

Oh ok, i would have used that comments section to explain everything, and leave tracking number slot blank or with bogus number, thats all. I think next time you should make sure you are paid as a 'service' and not 'Goods', i assume thats what happened. But i guess calling them is your best option.

as it is virtual goods you should win , put that in comments for tracking and state already sent to customer

Next time use something like 2co as the middleman then no shitteh chargebacks.

I have talked to PayPal more than once on this matter. Since it is a virtual good you win
normally.
