WSO Site Question

Hi there, Currently I'm building a WSO site with a completely different business model,

I will give all files for free except 1 file will be locked with a content locker, Do you think this is will work?!

I can see all the WSO sites offer subscriptions only.

I think it might hurt you in the long run. There is not much chance of people coming back after they get spammed or get a charge on their card the following month that can buy a lifetime sub. If people wise up, they'll probably give fake details/cancel the sub to the CPA offer and you'll get dropped from offers.

Try to charge, its a million dollars market
