wrzhost shared customers got switched to 1plus1hosting...but it's still the same problem.

has anyone else's site been down with 1plus1hosting ....because they are not making the problem better >.<

It's hard to host offshore shared clients that's why we decide to sell that department after 5 years so we can focus on the other clients.
The average support tickets a day went from 80 to 10.

I Love how WRZhost manage to keep sending me overdue notices for my server that never worked and the server that they took the money for yet never set up !!!

They manage to send these out but never managed to reply to support tickets, stay away.

Please resubmit your tickets,we are taking care of every ticket asap.
Our old support system was erased and two of the wrzhost staff members had to leave.
