Wrong results from search rank checking websites!

I have subscribed to tools like micrositemasters.com , searchfox.com and rankwatch.com
I submitted my local keywords (google.gr) and noticed some completely incorrect results compared to the results I get when I manually check my keywords in my country's Google. A few results may be identical but most of them are 100% wrong....
Are others experiencing similar problems with tracking local keywords?

They tend to vary depending on the location of the IP that made the query. Even if you use a local version of Google it will take your IP into consideration.
