Wrong page in search results

I just started analyzing the rankings of one of my websites.
I noticed that I have my contact page ranking somewhere on 4-5 page on google instead of the article Im targeting. that is random.. and i have few occasions

I'm sure Im not the only one who had this problem before. Any thoughts?

...and in some cases category page is ranking instead of page I try to rank
