Wrong Adress?

Hi everyone, i've got some questions.
While registering,
Q1-) For a non US resident; Does it matter if address is put fake ?
Q2-) What if i point US address, but pointed paypal's address is non-US ?

it doesnt matter if your address is fake, i have multiple accounts with all fake info. just make sure your ip address makes sense, and make sure all your info on ebay and paypal match.
