Writing Scripts strategy/tool without copyright problems

Hi, I’m looking for a way or tool to write scripts fast, but without getting into copyright problems.
Lately people are talking a lot about Chat GPT to write scripts, but with Chat GPT I’m guessing lots people are generating the same script over and over, and the idea is to publish original content.
How can I solve this ?

Inorder to avoid copyright issue, use chatGPT to generate the concept of you script then you use your original ideas to fill up the body.
That way you'll have an original script
