Ok, I want to create a thread in the BST part of the forum.

I want to offer my writing services, and this is just a test, to see if there is enough work for me to pay the $20 fine.

I would charge about $1 per 100 Words, and for articles of less than 300 words and up to 20 an hour. I can do 20 Articles an hour, and sometimes even faster depending on the topic.

    the question is.

Is that a fair enough price, and do people on this forum actually need this service?

So you spend 3 minutes for a 300 word article? I'll pass.

    20 articles in 60 minutes.....

Thats 300 words every 3 minutes meaning you are writing 1 word every 1.7 seconds... on subjects you know nothing about!

show me some samples then i will believe you and hire you full time if its any good!

This is part of the conversation me and Lewi had, plus a sample if you would like to know.

Lewi gave me an example topic and then told me he would time me to see how long took me:

"I went online, searched articles on the subject, ebooks, etc. etc. Once I understood what I needed, I made a quick outline and wrote.

That depends on the volume you would like me to write, and what method of payment."

    What is a Foreclosed House
    Assessing Your Needs
The Process of Buying a Foreclosed House
    Where to find Foreclosed Houses.

In America, it is no secret the Housing Market is in a crisis due to the Recession, and it has reached an all time low. When America was previously prosperous, people were ludcrious with their money and bought things that were beyond their financial grasp. Many bought million dollar houses on a hundred thousand dollar or less salary for reasons unknown. This resulted in many people being incapable of paying their house mortgage loan. To continue the series of unfortunate events, they fall deeper and deeper into debt until finally unable to pay for their house, their house is liberated from them, by the bank.

This may seem like an unfortunate event, but to you it can be very beneficial. Foreclosure provides many opportunities, and with today?s setting, there is an abundance of foreclosed houses just ripe for the picking. Anywhere from buying the house, fixing it up, and selling it for a profit, to just finally purchasing the house you have always wanted for cheap.

    How does the process work?

    It?s relatively simple.

-Locate properties you are interested in.

-Write a list of precisely what you want to purchase the house for, and what your specific requirements for the house are, bedrooms, etc. etc.

-Research as much information on the properties you are interested in.

-Find a Real Estate Agent that is experienced in Foreclosure Purchase.

-Tour and Inspect the property as much as possible.

-Research the local area?s real estate sales, to determine if your price is honestly saving you money.

-Check your Credit, this is essential.

-Make an offer on the house.

This is a simplified process, but it is possible. For more information on Purchasing a Foreclosed House, search your local library or schedule an appointment and talk with a Real Estate Agent.

It can be difficult however to locate foreclosed houses, and can be quite a hassle, but there are specially designed websites for the purpose of assisting in locating foreclosed houses.

If you are interested in finding properties in your area, or an area of your choice:

    (YOUR LINK HERE)

It is a sophisticated tool for locating Foreclosed houses in various areas, and will make the process of finding properties much simpler for you.

The above is just a part of the convo, but he seemed to like it. Also, I will do any topic you wish, I am a superb researcher, and will probably have created my thread by the end of the day if enough people show interest.

So I guess you exaggerated on your turnover time in your opening post? That excerpt seem ok, except for a few grammatical errors. It does seem like you can produce some well researched, high quality stuff, but I'm not convince you can do it in 2-5 minutes though.
