Writing an Ebook on Flipping?

Have any of you guys thought about doing this? I made about $2.5k my first month doing it, and I want to show others how to do what I am doing as well.

If I was to write a ebook on this, do you think it could sell for $25?

The guide would be about 10 pages or more, no links or ads just straight up info.

Just do it, it will benefit beginners. However, I think you should check out the already shared book about flipping in the download section, there are some good book there and it's best if you can add some more value.

I would follow cbnoob's advice and look at competitors offerings and make sure that I offered additional information/value. After you make a better book make sure your copy highlights how your product differs and why it is a better value and more likely to lead to success. A lot of people use their ebooks as an opportunity to upsell more services and products. Why not take the opportunity to offer more value to your customer and at the same time make some more coin?

Technically speaking its usually not about the content of the Ebook its how you sell it as far as profit is concerned.

If you genuinely want to teach people just post a thread
