Writing Advice - Hard work no issue

Hi guys,

I am looking to get some advice from people who have an understanding of the content writing market. Long story short, I need to make money. Rather than build something for the fruits to come later, I need to make some money to pay this months rent. Thanks Covid. I am not afraid of putting the hours in but I do need to see some return quickly. So, I have signed up and submitted articles to iWriter and textbroker to see if I will get accepted. I am confident one of them will accept me.

Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Or, are there any other ways to make money by grinding hard and getting paid for the work done? I don't really know much about fiverr gigs and if they are viable.

Invest 130$, get a BST here and you'll be inundated with work at set rates that you determine.

Those websites you mentioned are laden with freeloaders that lowball you, wasting your precious time.

If U have good writing experience on a wide variety of niche, you can start a sales thread here as well as on other im forums.

Or if u have writing experience in a particular area, u can target forums related to that niche.

This sounds really interesting. How do you know I will be inundated with work? Should I be looking at certain sale threads to get an eye for what is out there? Thanks for taking the time to respond mate.

Thanks everyone else for your replies. This will be relatively new to me. I do have my own website for my photography business which has ranked well and I often do long form content on a photography site, yeah I know! So I am thinking I may have to dip the toe in, get some experience and build it.

Offer review copies before your thread goes live so word gets out, it also adds social proof which compels people to buy from you.

I agree that your best move to make money is opening up a sales thread on BHW. You do need 100 posts along with the money. If money is an issue, you will get business on fiverr even though it's very competitive. Besides Upwork and Freelancer, there is also People Per Hour. Writers with good SEO skills are always in demand. Good luck.

Most people can write about 5,000 words a day until they are exhausted so if you offer really cheap services you should get a lot of work. Most of the buyers you will deal with on Fiverr Upwork whatever are idiots though so you need to include the amount of time you will need to spend to actually understand what they are asking you to do. You will get things like "I want to make a site that is the worlds best for TECHNOLOGY" can you help I give you $100 for the content, yes" type stuff.
