OP, you are obviously a clown but I will try to help.
This is the Hire a Freelancer section, you hire people to perform a task and they get paid.
What you a proposing is a Joint Venture, where two or more people share the risk, so obviously somebody wanting to JV with you will want a larger percentage than a standard freelancing task.
Much cheaper to pay somebody to do the job upfront or are you just broke?
