You'll be best paying a writer.
Alternative is get a copy of Grammarly, write it yourself and ask someone to proof read it.

You should hire a writer for this, i believe there are tons of cheap writers out there willing to do this work, try fiverr

The best thing that you can do is to outsource it. A good review should be grammatically excellent and well-written. I'm sure there are many good and affordable native writer out there...

You can find really good writer here or on upwork.
If it's obvious that your reviews are fake, you'll have no results.
Try to find writers that are experienced in writing reviews, writing reviews that doesn't sound fake is an art...
