Write for blogmutt if you're not from USA?

Well the title pretty much explains my question. Is it possible to write for blogmutt if Im not from USA?
Could you guys recommend me another good platform where I can get paid for writing articles regardless from where I live?

I checked the signup page, looks like they want USA writers. I think this used to be different. Paypal address has to match address you give them.

Same BH solution for sites requiring 'US' writers, is to create a good stealth US Paypal account, complete with faux ID data/docs. Then use that pseudonym profile info on your "US" writing account as your "matching data."

To minimize complications you can plan to only earn $500 or so per site account (to stay under the $600 limit, at which point businesses feel compelled, rightly or wrongly, to send out paperwork like 1099s). Then end the account and start another faux PP and writing account, rinse and repeat.
