You say "opportunity"...does that mean YOU yourself want to write one, or that someone else has asked you to publish?

It's not that hard depending on your location and where you want to sell it. Open Office, some templates and use one of the POD self publishing companies. They generally require that you buy one copy of the published work.
Of course the content is entirely up to you.
