WpRobot Don't post Article cURL Error Number 22

Hi guys i have installed wprobot plugin on my site i try to set a campaign for post articles but wp robot return me this error:

cURL Error Number 22: The requested URL returned error: 403

i have curl enabled o my hosting and i use a dedicated ip for my domain, i try to use proxy but nothing...

any solution?
