WPRobot & Amazon. Does it works ? check my stats

Ok, im going crazy, i have an autoblog which has wprobot as main content generator. I pull almost everything... yt videos, articles, Y!A, CB offers, RSS...
Niche is very broad.
Getting around 60 - 80uv a day. I don't even touch it but from time to time i check stats like adsense earnings, amazon clicks and the like.
On some days it makes me up to $1.5 from adsense with only few clicks

My question: Is it normal to have 1003 clicks and only 2 sales which generated me $1.58 only?

When i saw my first sale, i was like this could be easy, but now im like wtf?...

One of my autoblogs is setup similar to yours. I'm having no success with Amazon at all. Decent traffic and clicks but no sales. :(

I've noticed that my Amazon clicks are highly inflated. Not sure why but they appear to be inflated. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with WPRobot but my autoblogs are set up to use twitter to drive traffic using the Shezblog method and many of us have noticed inflated Amazon clicks.
 
I had my wife buy a Garmin Nuvi GPS under my affiliate link, just to test it all out. Registered the whole process except the sale. Amazon can suck my dick. I've pulled all their shit off all my sites.

Cool! Now all you need is 1000 autoblogs at $1.5 per wk. = $1,500

Amazon only uses 24 hour cookies I believe. That may also have an effect on conversions.
 
I've noticed that Amazon's affiliate link generator actually generates invalid href attributes in hyperlinks. The & are not escaped as & in the querystring (where your affiliate id is). I wonder if this affects anything.
 
Are the people who click on it still taken to Amazon or is it breaking the entire link?
 
i am running autoblogs too, in first month i've got high traffic with sale until $70 with amazon, in second month the traffic has down but still that autoblogs could get sale but its get down dramatically, only $ 7 in second month, and in third month the traffic has flying down like arrow and nothing sale that i made :(.

This is utter nonsense - they are not even able to track the sales....

In the first month I have made about $40 from amazon from one of my autoblog but in the second month inspite of the same amount of traffic I just made $3. In April till now I have only got 1 sale from 850 clicks.
 
I tried to use my affiliate link to buy stuff from amazon. All done in the same day but i don't get any sale in my stats.
 
Because of the 24-hr cookie it's a numbers game. So the more sites you have running amazon products the better chance you get of making a sale.
I have about 20 autowp and as of 16th of this month I have 8 sales from 4300 clicks.
I use both shopping pages as well as the amazon module. I also sprinkle {amazon:x} into wprobot articles.

Just create more blog. You can earn between $0.01 to $100 for each blog.

200K clicks on 3 months with just 35 sales?
One sale per 5708 clicks

Don't knock it. It's coming from 7 autoblogs running on auto.

Far better than the 99.99% "internet marketeers" out there who don't even sell 1 item after 1 year online.

Btw, WPRobot's Amazon plugins does work since there are real sales happening.
