I use it. I've got it running on over 150 websites currently. I'd consider it well worth the cost. The plugins I use most often are Hummingbird and Smush Pro. Hummingbird really helps me speed up my site, and the uptime monitor is great to fix any issues that would cause my site to go offline. Smush is awesome for page load times. It compresses the hell out of images both inside and outside your media library.
They've also got a dashboard on their site that you log into and can update any and all plugins on all of your sites at once.
Highly recommend it, even if only for those two plugins. I tried one of their themes a while back and was not a fan.
