Has anyone found any moderately decent WPMS themes? I've checked themeforest and a few other popular theme sites for WP, but I cannot locate any WPMS themes that suit my liking. I am okay with paying for a theme if need be, but I just need to find some. Anyone have or know of anything?

    Thank you.

Why don't you consider custom theme instead? It can have a layout that you like, different features that you actually need :)

What did you have in mind? Do you create them? If so, what's your price?

Check out Thesis, Catalyst and Genesis themes. They are all custom themes.

Catalyst looks really nice!!! Thank you! It doesn't say anything about WordPress MultiSite usage, however. I'd hate to fork out the cash and not be able to use it...

UPDATE: I've been speaking with the support department, and in case anyone has a similar question, I'll share my email log, regarding the potential of a WordPressMultiSite to be used via the Catalyst Framework.

FYI -- My text will appear in blue.

Hello, I was just referred to your service by a member of an IM forum, and I seriously like what I see here. I'd love to get started with this, however, one thing is holding me back... The uncertainty on whether or not Catalyst designs are ideal for WPMS usage. If this is something that would not pose an issue, please email me at x@x.comwith some info pertaining to how to setup a WPMS with your service. I look forward to doing business with you soon, so long as the parameters I seek, align correctly. Thank you and best regards.

Yes, Catalyst is fully WordPress Multi-Site compatible. With regard to how to set it up, this is more a general WordPress question since setting up a Multi-Site in WordPress is the same with any compatible theme. Here are their instructions:

I will say that, as a tip, we find that setting up the site in sub-folder format as apposed to sub-domains is quite a bit easier overall and tends to be compatible with a wider range of server setups.

Yes, this is good news! I'm familiar with multisite setup, but was inquiring whether or not w/Catalyst framework, it'd be any different. I actually do, however, require subdomain setup for my project. Hopefully, things will be okay, but I'd love if you'd elaborate on why you feel subdomains could potentially pose an issue. Thanks

"I'm familiar with multisite setup, but was inquiring whether or not w/Catalyst framework, it'd be any different."
No, it's no different than other WP Multisite compatible themes.

"I'd love if you'd elaborate on why you feel subdomains could potentially pose an issue."
This is not specific to Catalyst, but server setups. With the sub-domain setup you may have to create a wild card sub-domain as a kind of "catch-all" for you WP sub-sites. Some shared hosts do not allow this setup and others can just be a pain to setup this way.
So once it's setup it should be fine, we have just found it to be quite a bit more complicated to get up and running on some servers. But as I said, this is specific to servers, not anything unique to the Catalyst framework.

Okay. Thank you for your support. Will be purchasing soon.

I suppose it's also worth noting, for you lazy types out there, it DOES cost $127 to use their framework.
