WP Venture with Aweber?

Sup guys, I'm working on a giveaway event using wp venture where I get 10 people to pitch in money and a free product and then ill start sending email traffic to the giveaway page where they have to opt-into that persons list to get their free product. Just want to make sure this isn't going to get my aweber account banned or anyone else that's participating. Couldn't really find a definite answer on google or awebers site.
