WP Themes for Local Biz?

    Hi guys,

    I tried searching for some sort of WP theme in the downloads and the Offline forum. I want something basic and generic enough that it can be used for multiple types of clients, and it doesn't have to be a free theme/template. I want something that can be easily modified, look professional, leave no footprint, can be set up for SEO easily.

    Any suggestions?

    clickbump is simple and clean. Loads quickly too.

    if its for a client/company, check out elegant themes...or do a search here, there's a lot of elegant themes that you can download for free

    With that, you are looking to need your go to court suit cleaned. Never ever use a cracked or non legit theme on you customer sites. Charge enough to cover the theme.

    I agree with TNPhoneMan, it's a terrible idea to use illegal themes for client work, especially when they're only $39. Like grabbing pennies in front of a steamroller when there's dollars everywhere else.

    Who will ever know it's an illegal version? Btw the download section is full of illegal themes...
