So after buying some MNS here at BHW and dissecting the sites, I've decided to try one on my own. (found a niche that needs a solution)

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good wordpress theme designed for Adsense / Amazon products... ?

also want to add CPA into the mix after I get use to all of this. Maybe content lock an ebook ?

There are tons of themes - one that I like is the Heatmap theme that has a lot of placement widgets - there is a free version are wordpress.
 
I use heatmap too, it's easy for adsense, amazon and others.

You could also try hot clicks. Its by a programmer called Draanor. it works pretty good.
 
CTR Theme is pretty good for generating adsense revenue
