I have many clients that use CyberSEO for adult projects (tube sites, picture galleries etc). In general setting up a WP-powered adult site doesn't somehow different to setting a mainstream one. In other words, it may take a hour or a whole day, depending on what exactly site you want to build.
As about WPTube, so it's not the best theme for adult tube sites. Many of my clients prefer to use freeware themes by adultsiteskins.com.

I am really enjoying this thread. Currently I am looking for a market that I will focus much of my efforts on. Adult or otherwise. If anyone has additional links to resources that fit with the OP's original question please continue to share them. A challenge I am foreseeing with general blogging sites is the generation of quality content. But it seems that with adult sites, much of that content can be generated automatically using the correct tools.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but the importance of Unique content doesn't seem to be as needed with adult sites. I'm assuming that adult sites (tube sites or TGPosts) don't necessarily rank high due to the enormous amount of competition and that the traffic is perhaps much less from organic search results then say link exchanges? Would a blog network also be a sound strategy for this sort of market?

I take it your plugin has more sources? One think my adult site lacks is keyword rich content to go along with the videos. People say this is not important for ranking adult sites but I truly believe it is because I wrote content for a couple of the videos and they cracked the top 50 instead of being down on page 10.
It would be nice to have more sources I just don't see my adult site going anywhere unless I dump a shit ton of content on it.

I`ll look more into your script but check out this above site? I just found it while searching for somthing else and it seems to be ripping youtube content and organizing it into a site. The site is kind of impossible to navigate and its missing some key seo features but I think the guy is on to something with it.

So what was your question? The example above looks a bit messy, but it's all on you how exactly your own site will look like. On 99% it will depend on the WordPress theme which you decide to use for it. E.g.:
