WP searchbox landing page

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a theme that would allow me to set up a landing page where the user can enter their suburb/postcode/zipcode and get directed to the result that has the "postcode/zip code" in the tags or smth. (this will be for profiles, I'm trying out a method from here with my twist and need this to make it work..)

Here is a visual example on how I would want it to look when they enter the site, only except the subscribe option would be with search box options and change the the the colors ext..

I have not heard of an existing one. If you can't fine one, you might have to hire someone to do it for you.
