WP-Script doesnt reply

Hello, i bought full pack of WP-Script in 25 Aug. I installed on my websites and tried to start with it. To be honest, at the first time me and my friend was thinking about it will be good with that as starting. And then, there was some problems about the script which i dont want to give a details, we decided to refund it. I sent ticket at 28 Aug with my all reason to why i want to refund it.

Since this day, no reply, no money back and nothing. Just nothing, still waiting from them and i also send so many messages in a row at ticket section. However, i just want to refund it without doubt. But they still ignoring me. They have 14 day money back guarentee, i mean they claming like that. But, what if they doesnt gonna answer and after 14 day can they say to me "Its not possible to refund because after 14 day" So is it possible? I am opening the thread here because i would like to learn if someone had the same situation before like me.

I just wanted to let everyone know that situation because its making me annoy about that. What should i do? All i want is my money back, its not a small money for me and i can't forget it with that. What's your suggest about that guys? Thanks.

you made a huge mistake by buying their nuclear pack, why they are selling products worth of like 1200$ for just 197$? they know their products are complete failure except their theme, they wont reply you and if 14 days are gone they wont refund you too,

best option for you is to message them on twitter that guy dylan is on twitter just message him as many time you can message ask him for refund, their products are shit, good luck bro

They have already mentioned on Twitter that they are a very small team. Also, they have tweeted that they plan on writing better documentation in order to avoid thousands of tickets. IMHO expect a short answer and a link to their documentation :)

they wont reply, they wont reply, they will only reply when time is up and their replu would be '' sorry buddy time up we cant refund you'' ,,, the main person who handles wp script is dylan his twitter id @wpscript ,,, just keep messaging him, dont comment just direct message him
 
be the squeaky wheel if necessary - hit them up via ticket AND on twitter repeatedly until they answer... they might also be on GFY forums
 
Just wanted to add to this thread since people commented that WP-script is a "failure".

The WP-script products work exactly as they are described. There is nothing wrong with the products. You won't magically make money with them unless you have a smart strategy. But that's how all online tools work.

But the products themselves work exactly as advertised. I have no affiliation with them at all, but it's unfair to smear them as a scam. They simply sell a tool, it's up to you to use that tool to make money.
