I've been trying today to get the RSS module to basically put the content on my blog but what *always* happens is this:

{rsstitle} in the Post Title
{rss} in the Post Content

Now what happens is it displays the title and displays a brief description, but in order for the visitor to read the actual juicy source/content, they have to click to the originator's webpage!

I must be missing something here, because it's obvious that nobody is going to want to do that on an autoblog: bring in a visitor and then ask them to leave if they want to read the source.

I've tried this on Yahoo/Google News which now I know doesn't work after reading this somewhere else on the net, wordpress, and many other platforms.

Advice for this would be very much appreciated.

I simply want the RSS Module to grab the blog post and display it on my blog.

Had an idea... Yahoo Pipes.

I use google feedburner. It forwards the entire post.

Good Luck

I'm currently now using wizardrss, which seems to have done the trick.

I'll also check Google FB to see if there's any difference. Not tested either on Google News, to find out if it works too.

I have the same problem. I guess wp robot want's cover their bases and not get in any trouble with their software.

Have you guys had any luck with the Featured images .. I'm not able to get the featured images/ thumbnails to work with WP Robot and RSS Feeds .. I'm using Arras theme .. but WP Robot just not posts thumbnails of the feeds .. very frustrated :(
