WP Robot error Contenprofessor Error: Empty response

I am just playing around with WP Robot, but every time it produces an article it does not spin and produces the following error in the log Contenprofessor Error: Empty response

I only have a free Content professor account but the api should work. Are there settings I need to set up on the Content professor site? I couldn't find any when I looked.
