WP Robot alternatives

What are some WP Robot alternatives? I realize the Robot is the hands down favorite, but what else is out there, perhaps in the free category?

All I've found is WP Article Fetch, which seems good and is free. http://www.wparticlefetch.com/

What are some others that you've used and liked?

Its just picks only articles but none can beat WP Robot till now!
 
I'm using a free clone of WP Robot from http://www.mybloggingblueprint.com/.


MBB (also known as WPInsider) puts a link on your posts, which seems a reasonable tradeoff to me.

Personally on my blogs, as I can only assume your are looking to make an auto blog, you can use Caffeinated Content and WP VideoTube.

I have to make sure that the d/ls aren't on the DNS list before I post links, but I'll be sure to come back and give you the d/ls if their not. They are awesome in my opinion especially WP VideoTube, because all the videos are considered "unique" content. I'll check that list and I'll be back in a few.

Heh, sorry bro can't provide links, don't want to get in trouble with mods.

I spent $77 on Caf Cont, which is supposed to provide YouTube, but doesn't. That makes it hard for me to decide to spend another $60 on WP VideoTube to get the functionality I'm already supposed to have. :(

I really like the way Caf Cont is supposed to work. Also a pain, support is nonexistent.

I paid for CC also, that software is crap, but I don't think wp videotube is a good software
 
You may want to take a look at contentAB by psp-tubes plugins , which grabs ArticleBase articles.
(Google it: contentab psp-tubes)

You can use short code to add articles to your posts like this:
[contentAB]keyword phrase[contentAB]

Or, you can place it into your theme code:
$blogTitle = get_bloginfo( $name ) ;
echo contentAB( $blogTitle, 5 ) ;
 
Months ago I purchasedPower Auto Blog and I've been delighted with it. The range of functions is terrific, development is ongoing, and support is outstanding.

Yes, that's my affiliate link, and if you're one of those who doesn't like the idea of other people making money, feel free to strip out the code. But you should look at this if you're looking for good autoblog stuff.

Even for sites with white hat content, I will often include PAB to provide a constant stream of good content.

Try http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cybersyn/ - it's FREEWARE.
 
WP Robot is suck!!!! I don't know why peoples use it...well in my opinion all Autoblog software was suck!!!!!

90% of so-called autobloggers are noobs, and as far as I know, WP Robot is the most easy to use plugin. That's why they use it. The rest 10% use other plugins. Perhaps they are not so easy to use, but give you almost unlimited possibilities. You just need to know what exactly you are doing and why.

Why? The properly done autoblogs are making very good money and they are ok with Panda.
 
autoblogs produce duplicate content which will kick you out of adsense once you make too much money or somebody sends google a notice..

90% of autoblogs made by noobs produce duplicate content and they are getting banned. That's right. But if you noticed, I was talking about properly done autoblogs. First of all, the autoblog must look like a hand-written one and it must be interested to the surfers. Secondly, all the content must be spun. And not just spun. It must be spun properly to stay readable and don't look like a word jumble.

And the most important thing. All the syndicated content must be legal (i.e. you must be permitted to copy it). Otherwise your autoblog will be banned by Google for copyright violation, and you will face legal problems.

If you want, I'll give you a free copy of my autoblogging plugin which can do just everything you could imagine, including the things the Caf Cont is supposed to do but doesn't.
