[WP] Random Posts Plugin - Good For SEO?

    Hello Guys!

    I have a question concerning my onpage seo for one of my wordpress sites:

    I am using a "Random Posts Plugin" for the sidebar. That means that everytime I refresh a page on that site, there will appear different posts on the sidebar.

    Now is that a good way to improve my internal link structure?
    What is the best way to show the links of my recent posts in Google's eyes?

    You might consider displaying related posts within the same category instead of random :)
