WP Post Thumbnails Fix

I need someone who can change my theme scripts a bit in order to get automatically a thumbnail image for every post I create. This function is very vital for my website, but unfortunately not any plugin seems to be working for my theme. Every Post contains usually a picture that can be used as a thumbnail post image.

Although I can add thumbnail images, this has to be done manually...
