wp poll widget with thanks page?

I've been reading several times about a wp poll plugin where the voter gets redirected to a thank you page after voting where you can i.e. show some cpa offer as "thank you". I've tried quite a few now but none had this thank you page feature... could anyone tell me the name of the plugin?
