WP plugin to do Onsite seo?

They seem to be having a discussion there about various plugins you might want to check out. This gets talked about all the time on the forum so a little poking around here will reveal a lot.

Plugins only do so much. On page seo has to do with what and how you write, how you use header tags, The arrangement of the txt within sentences and paragraphs, and the use of emphasises on the page.

Plugins just set your meta information and titles.

All plugins are equally bad about this, and if your theme designer is a true idiot they will have helped you and assigned h tags that will make your article look like a 3rd grader did it.

I even bought a premium theme that sets the logo of the site as a h1 tag and the page title, so when I finished the site every single page had 2 h1 tags, and the same title. In addition to that the H1 tag size was 72, so when you used them in your post they were huge. Changing the h1 tag font size resulted in shrinking the logo text which is how I found out about the built in H1 tag. Never could figure out how to make it quit the title thing.

Fuck wordpress, give me HTML any day.

You're looking for seopressor. After installed, it gives you a percent rating for your article. It then makes recommendations to improve your article to get it #1. You have to enter in one keyword to focus on per page. It sounds like exactly what you're looking for.

I use it on my sites, its great ... I can get outsourced articles in and paste it into wordpress, and seopressor will tell me how to optimize someone else's article without me having to even read it.

It's a great way to fix pages up for SEO, makes the task way easier.
